How to add a budget item

You can add budgeted expenses into your ClarityNOW portal, expenses you know every year you will be paying out. Ex. Client parties, billboards, MLS fees

Adding a budget item

  1. Log into your ClarityNOW portal 
  2. Click Portal Dashboarddashboard
  3. Click Business Planning business planning
  4. Click Budget Model 25
    1. Based on your economic model you will see the funds allocated for the current year & the expense percentage projections 26
  5. On the left side you will see Add New Budget Item budget item
    1. Select a P & L Category 
      1. Compensation
      2. Lead Generation
      3. Occupancy
      4. Communication & Technology
      5. Automobile
      6. Supplies/Office Expenses

    2. Enter an expense description (what is the expense for?)desc
    3. Enter the amount of the expense monthly monthly
    4. Enter the amount of the expense annually annual
    5. Click Add Expense add expense 

Budget Model Summary 

  1. A breakdown of your budget model is available after you have expenses input, from here you can edit or delete them.  breakdown expenses
  2. A detailed summary of expenses is broken down by category, allocation, and annual/ monthly amounts breakdown
